What's For Supper Tonight

Grilled Chicken Panini's and Baby Romaine Salad w/Balsamic

Lemon, Olive Oil and Fennel Seed Marinated chicken breasts grilled outside
Garlic Rosemary Bread
Drunken Carmelized Onions
Roasted Red Peppers
Garlic/Herb light Boursin Cheese
2% Mozzarella

Assemble and put in panini press.

How do you make drunken carmelized onions? I have carmelize them before, but they always stayed sober.

After you cook them to translucent....splash some white wine on them....cook them some more and then give them another splash and cook them until carmelized. I add white wine to everything.
