You probably know this little trick, but I was amazed when "The Chef" showed me: after roasting the pepper, wrap it in plastic wrap and put in frig until cool-it then IMMEDIATELY and easily peels with your fingers. I made something very similiar last Friday and BC LOVED it!
I exercise so I can eat. I have been transferred with my husband's company 8 times in the last 17 years....from the northeast to the west coast and back again and everywhere in between. I am now in the south. The home of Sweeeeet Tea and Catfish.
